About us

Bell Access & Engineering Ltd was founded by industrial rope access technician Dan Bell in 2010.
We provide specialised access solutions, geotechnical services and structural repair and maintenance solutions across a wide variety of onshore sectors within the UK.

We have an operational base in Tebay, Cumbria and a registered office at Newbiggin in County Durham. We hold a number of industry accreditations including the Railway Industry Supplier Qualification Scheme (RISQS), Construction Line, and we are also Safe Contractor approved.

Focusing on safety is essential along with maintaining a positive reputation through the safety and quality of our work. With our extensive selection of in-house equipment and machinery we can tailor our approach to find the safest and most effective solution for the completion of our clients’ projects.

Using our wide-ranging risk assessment framework, and following the most up to date regulations and guidelines, the client can be safe in the knowledge that we have the experience and proficiency to get their project completed.
